Join Gibson Wines in Brisbane for a fun night of dinner centred around wine, food, and good company.

This will be a seated experience, with a selection of Gibson wines poured alongside a menu designed to match. The evening is an opportunity to spend time with the wines, hear the stories behind them, and enjoy them in a relaxed, shared setting.

Adam will be hosting the night, guiding guests through the wines and the thinking behind them.

This is not a formal tasting. This is a dinner, the Gibson way. Come share a glass and a story with us.
