Why become a club member?
Club members always get the best prices on Gibson Wines, year round. That means your member discount applies to every order you place - not just your recurring shipments. You'll also get free shipping on all Australian orders, pre-release tickets to Gibson events and dinners, and complimentary tastings whenever you visit the cellar door. It's the best way to stay connected to what's coming out of the dirt.
Can I change my order?
Punters & Collectors members can update their wine selection, quantities, and delivery frequency at any time. To make changes, click the user icon in the top right-hand corner of our website to log in, then head to Wine Clubs and select Edit My Wines. You can also shift your next delivery date from here - just select Change Date (note: dates can only be moved up to 30 days either side of your current scheduled delivery).
Dirtman Clan and Riesling Collective memberships are fixed selections, so the wines and shipment schedule can't be changed. If you have a specific request, just get in touch at sales@gibsonwines.com.au and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my club membership?
You can cancel at any time once you've met your minimum purchase commitment - 12 bottles for Punters & Collectors, and 24 bottles for The Dirtman Clan and Riesling Collective.
To cancel, click the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website to log in, go to Wine Clubs, and select Cancel Membership. If you'd prefer to talk it through first, reach out to us at sales@gibsonwines.com.au - we're always happy to chat.
Can I skip or pause my membership
To skip an upcoming shipment, log in via the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, click on the Upcoming Shipments tab, and select the option to skip that delivery.
If you're heading away for an extended period and need your membership paused, email us at sales@gibsonwines.com.au and we'll sort it out for you.
When are membership orders delivered?
Punters & Collectors orders are scheduled from your sign-up date based on the frequency you selected. You can view and adjust your next delivery date by logging in, going to Wine Clubs, and selecting Change Date.
The Dirtman Clan and Riesling Collective ship on fixed dates throughout the year:
- Dirtman Clan: February, May, August, November
- Riesling Collective: March, June, September, December
Can I order wine outside of my regular shipment?
Absolutely - and your member discount applies. Punters & Collectors members receive 17% off all current vintage wines on any order placed through the website. Dirtman Clan and Riesling Collective members receive 23% off their respective club wines.
You can also add extra bottles to an upcoming shipment rather than placing a separate order. Log in via the user icon in the top right-hand corner, click on the Upcoming Shipments tab, then select Order Add-Ons. How do I update my payment details?
Log in via the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, then click on Payment Methods to update your card details. If you run into any trouble, give us a call or email and we'll sort it out with you directly.
How do I update my delivery address?
Log in via the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, then click on Addresses to make your changes. When prompted, select yes if you'd like to also update the address on your active subscription - otherwise your next club shipment will still go to the old address.
How do I log in to manage my membership?
Logging in is easy - no password or account creation is needed. Just click the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, enter your email address, and you'll receive a six-digit code to your inbox. Enter that code and you're in. If your email is linked to an active membership, everything will be right there waiting for you.
