There is no substitute for vintage in the Barossa. You can read about it, you can taste it in bottle, but nothing compares to standing in the winery as the fruit rolls in and the air fills with the aroma of the crush.

Some days at Gibson Winery are all about speed. Bins arriving. Crushers humming. Shiraz flowing. Other days are about patience. Ferments resting. Caps being worked. Flavour building slowly, quietly, deliberately.

This is your chance to experience Barossa vintage up close. To see how a working Barossa winery moves through harvest. To smell, taste and feel the energy of the season.

A Taste of Vintage is a complimentary behind the scenes winery tour, hosted daily at 10:30am during vintage.

Safety never takes a day off - All visitors are required to attend a short safety briefing before the tour begins.
