The 2023 vintage displays a deep crimson hue. Concentrated aromas of blackberry and blood plum are layered with toasted spice and cedary oak. The palate is deeply structured and seductive, driven by a dense core of blackberry fruit. Savoury nuances of cocoa powder and dark chocolate add complexity and depth, while long, fine yet persistent silky tannins build gracefully to deliver a seamless finish.
The Reserve Shiraz has 18 months in new and matured French oak hogshead and puncheon formats used for ageing.
