The 2023 Burkes Hill Riesling boasts lifted fragrances of grapefruit, orange blossom, banana and bath salts. The palate shows great purity of fruit with zesty flavours of lemon and lime, balanced by a long and mineral acid backbone, keeping the wine fresh and providing a long finish. This is a style that is also capable of long-term ageing.
