There are plenty of winemakers in the Barossa. But what makes Victoria McClurg at Barossa Valley Cheese Company different is that she no longer makes wine… she makes cheese!
And it’s not just any cheese – these cheeses are rare, authentically traditional varieties that you won’t find in too many other places.
Handmade with a winemaker’s sensibilities and artisan skills in the BVCC’s own Cheesecellar in Angaston, all cheese is made using local milk from cows and goats farmed by their neighbours. After all, they’re called the Barossa Valley Cheese Company for a reason!
With delicious cheeses that are handcrafted by a former winemaker, you know exactly what they complement perfectly…. Wine!
We’re super excited to announce that selected Gibson Wines are now available at Barossa Valley Cheese Company. This means that you can enjoy a delicious platter of artisanal cheese with a glass of Gibson wine, or even take a bottle home with you. Talk about a match made in heaven!
Visit the Barossa Valley Cheese Company at 67B Murray Street in Angaston from 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Monday. Or, check out their website https://barossacheese.com.au/.
