Hosted at Gibson Wines, Kick Back at Gibson welcomes footy fans travelling to the Barossa, along with locals and families, for a relaxed afternoon of wine, fresh air and friendly competition on the lawns.
Whether you have followed your team up the highway for the weekend or you are simply looking for a laid back Barossa experience, this is an easy place to settle in, slow down and enjoy the region.
A Barossa afternoon done right
Kick Back at Gibson is all about simple pleasures. Sip a Barossa Shiraz, have a kick through the goals on the lawn, and enjoy an unhurried afternoon surrounded by vineyards and big skies.
Footy fans are right at home here. Our lawns are open, the atmosphere is casual, and the wines are poured with a smile. The footy goals may not be regulation, and kicking with a red in hand definitely adds a level of difficulty, but that is all part of the fun.
Food, wine and family friendly fun
Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic and enjoy the grounds at their own pace. Wines are available by the glass and bottle, with plenty of space to sit back, share a bottle and watch the action unfold.
Families are warmly welcomed. Kids are encouraged to have a kick, join in outdoor games and enjoy the open space, while parents relax with a tasting or a quiet moment under the trees.
