The Barossa is packing its bags and heading to Queensland.
This September, Gibson Wines is joining more than 20 boutique wineries for the Back to Barossa Winemaker Tasting Series, bringing the genuine Barossa cellar door experience to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
Over four events and more than 100 wines, you'll have the opportunity to meet the winemakers, discover boutique producers and experience the Barossa beyond the labels you'll find on supermarket shelves.

The Real Barossa
Back to Barossa was created to showcase the beating heart of Australia's most celebrated wine region.
More than 20 artisan wineries travel north, each bringing a carefully selected range of wines that reflect their vineyards, philosophy and personality. Many of these wines are rarely seen outside the cellar door, making every event a unique opportunity to discover something new.
For Gibson Wines, these events are about more than pouring wine. They're about sharing the stories behind every vintage, introducing people to our home in the Barossa Valley and bringing a little piece of our cellar door to Queensland.

Wine always tastes better when you meet the people who made it.
Across each event you'll have the opportunity to speak directly with the winemakers, compare styles, ask questions and explore more than 100 boutique Barossa wines at your own pace.
Your ticket includes unlimited tastings, light canapés and premium crystal glassware, creating a relaxed atmosphere where conversation flows just as easily as the wine.
Four Stops Across Queensland
Brisbane
Start the roadshow in style at Blackbird Brisbane.
Hosted in the elegant Riverview Room overlooking the Brisbane River, this after work tasting is perfect for colleagues, clients or friends looking to unwind over exceptional Barossa wines.
Time: 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Gold Coast
The roadshow heads south to Southport Yacht Club for a relaxed evening overlooking the Broadwater.
Gather your friends, enjoy the coastal atmosphere and discover some of the Barossa's finest boutique producers while the sun sets over the marina.
Time: 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Sunshine Coast
Spend Saturday afternoon at The Wharf Mooloolaba, where great Barossa wine meets the easy going lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast.
Meet the winemakers, discover new favourites and enjoy an afternoon celebrating Australia's most iconic wine region.
Time: 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Brisbane
Round out the series beneath the historic arches of Stratton Bar & Kitchen.
This relaxed Sunday afternoon session is the perfect way to finish the weekend with boutique Barossa wines, great conversations and genuine cellar door hospitality.
