One of Adelaide’s hottest experiences, the Weber Grill Academy – Adelaide, and Gibson Wines, have entered a unique partnership, with Gibson now exclusively being poured at Weber Grill Academy’s flagship barbecue class experiences.
The first Weber Grill Academy in Australia, the Adelaide venue joins a network of over 100 Academies around the world. The Academies offer a range of experiences that combine practical barbecuing tips with fun, interactive demonstrations, where you taste incredible flavours fresh off the barbecue.

Weber Grill Academy experiences include various themes, including smoking and cooking over charcoal, through to discovering how to cook delicious vegetarian dishes, barbecued seafood or desserts.
Barbecue class experience attendees at the Weber Grill Academy – Adelaide will be able to sample some of the Barossa’s finest drops, with Gibson’s Discovery Road releases available for general consumption, and selected Gibson flagship wines available for tastings.
