    A white wine by many names, which of itself is a curious thing. Vermentino here in Australia, Favorita Bianca, Carica l’Asino, Pigato, Sapaiola (amongst many others) in Italy.

    It’s Mediterranean island homes of Sardinia and Corsica are easy to place in mind, as the wine typically shows a subtle sea spray character, alongside citrus peel and nashi pear aromatics.

      Pale straw with green hue. Aromas of sea spray, citrus peel and white florals. The palate is pure and fresh with concentrated flavours of fresh cut stone fruits and grapefruit zest.
