Join us on the 26th or 27th August 2022 for one of our Barbecue & Barrels lunches in partnership with Weber Grill Academy. As part of the ‘A Little More Barossa’ festival, this unique event promises to be fun, flavour-filled and informative.

In addition to trying some of the best of Barossa Valley wines, you’ll enjoy a three-course barbecue meal prepared by Adam & Jacinda from Adelaide’s one-and-only Weber Grill Academy. They’ll be cooking up Barossa Valley produce and sharing their tips and tricks for getting the best from your produce – and your barbecue!

Barbecue and Barrels at Gibson Wines

While your lunch is roasting, you’ll be treated to an exclusive barrel tasting with Gibson’s vintage winemaker, Adam (aka. The Duke). This is an opportunity to step into the world of small batch winemaking and learn about Gibson’s method of layering flavour through both vineyard sites, ‘fractions’ and oak selection.

And if you need more to tickle your tastebuds, think deliciously crackled, juicy porchetta roast, filled with vibrant herbs, citrus zest and garlic, served with crispy rosemary roasted potatoes, freshly grilled seasonal greens and a jus developed from barbecue-roasted meats. All with a Gibson red wine of course.
